Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused or unworn, with all original tags intact and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return request.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@spinspring.in Upon approval of the return request, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions regarding the return process and delivery location. Customers are advised to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. In the event that an item is received in a defective or damaged condition, or if an incorrect item is delivered, customers must notify us at the earliest so that we may evaluate the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; customized or personalized products; personal care or beauty items; and hazardous materials including flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, items purchased on sale and gift cards are non-returnable. Customers who are uncertain about the return eligibility of a specific product are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order.
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest and most effective way to obtain a replacement item is to return the original product in accordance with our return policy and place a new order once the return has been approved.
For orders shipped to destinations within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within fourteen (14) days of delivery without providing any reason. Items returned under this provision must remain unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and must include all tags and proof of purchase.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers. If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since the refund approval and the amount has not been received, customers are requested to contact us at info@spinspring.in.
