SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship products within India. At this time, international shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing tracking details, where applicable.


SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery timelines vary based on the shipping address and courier partner. Typically, deliveries are completed within:

  • 3–7 business days for metro and tier-1 cities

  • 5–10 business days for non-metro or remote locations

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or government regulations.


SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Spin Spring reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice.


COURIER PARTNERS

We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of orders.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, Spin Spring is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

For orders eligible for tracking, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch. Customers are advised to monitor their shipments using the provided tracking information.


DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILED DELIVERY

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may be applicable

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed as per our Refund Policy


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order. Spin Spring shall not be liable for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@spinspring.in, along with clear photos of the package and product.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and assist as per applicable policies.


CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations or address changes may only be requested before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.


FORCE MAJEURE

Spin Spring shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
